What data we collect and why
When you contact us or request a briefing
If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, organisation, the nature of your enquiry, and any optional sector or message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess a potential business relationship.
- Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: we keep enquiry data for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] from last contact, then delete it unless a business relationship is established.
When you browse the site
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes limited technical data — such as your IP address — as part of delivering and securing the site. This is necessary to operate the service and protect it against abuse.
- Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The table below lists what may be set.

The hero video does not load, and Vimeo sets nothing, until you actively click to play it. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules; everything else on this site is loaded only on your action.
Third parties and international transfers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and delivery of the site and the enquiry function.
- [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Resend] — delivering enquiry emails to our team.
- Vimeo — video hosting, loaded only if you choose to play the video.
- Product configurator (hosted on Replit) — loaded only if you open it; processes the details you submit with a quote request (name, company, email, message).
- The resource hub embedded on our Resources page is operated by us on our own subdomain.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time.
